Yes, as stated before it is a Mercedes-Benz racing service (= Renndienst) truck. It was built for BP (British Petroleum). For the point I need the coachbuilder.

I've been searching everywhere, I've just found pictures with no info about the coachbuilder. This picture was taken in Norisring, Nürnberg around 1954.
