I finally located this car,it was built by Orismar de Souza of Sao Jose de Piranha,Brazil.This car was built out of junk and the engine was a 125cc motorcycle engine.The builder was able to replace the motorcycle engine,s kickstarter with a car ignition,add a gearbox with reverse.,it could go 50mph.According to my source it was called Shrimpmobile.
