 bodyshell looks loosely like what we got in the uk as a Charger 1 vw based kit

It does appear to be another version of the Siva Saluki/Embeesa Chepeko, Charger, Charger II/MDB Saratoga, Saturn/Viking Dragon Fire, Dragon Fly, etc. There are a number of notable modifications, however.
