Is this a modern-build replica, electrically-powered?

Whomever built it, old or new, took the Ackermann Angle principle very seriously indeed!  ;)

Not a replica, just an old car recently restored

 Max (Mourlot et Cie) 1927

Yes, it is a Max by Mourlot et Cie. I think, it is a bit older than 1927, although I don't have an exact year. But its chassis number is 13, and the bodywork is identical to the 1925 advertisement for the Max 350, powered by a two-stroke engine. So the car must be from 1925/26, probably the sole survivor. Well found!
