Yes, Bellu refers to it as the 350, the seller calls it a 3 CV.

Yes, it was on the Marreyt Classics stand, for sale alongside other notable cars as a Ghia Cisitalia and Imperia TA.

Yes it's a front drive. The engine cover is divided into two parts, the front rotates in solidarity with the front axle, engine and the radiator. The axle is rigid and lacks of differential. Many years ago it was one running in the Rally Barcelona-Sitges with license plate of Zaragoza and it was in sale...

Do you mean the whole car was hinged in the middle with the engine, radiator and front axle all turning with the front wheels when the steering wheel is turned?
