Fellow Autopuzzlers, I wanted to post a group puzzle to mark my 300th puzzle but these days I can't find the time to properly prepare it and manage it, so it'll have to wait. Meanwhile, I present a puzzle which I expect to be quite tricky to solve, though I might end up being completely wrong about this, since I don't have a very good track record predicting the difficulty of my puzzles.

Anyway, for a point please tell me who built this small vehicle, and what it's based on.

It's not from the US. I haven't seen any information about how it's being used; I suppose carrying golfers is a possibility, but I don't know. What I can tell you is that the vehicle it is based on was not a golf cart.

I reckoned it was a Spanish forklift-based car but obviously I used the wrong keywords as I couldn't find it. Well done Oguerrerob !
