Yes! The point goes to Djetset. The ELVA project (Advanced Electric Vehicle Architecture, no connection to the British Elva company of the 60s) was an EU-funded project that took place from 2010 to 2013, for the development of urban electric cars, coordinated by the Institute for Automotive Engineering (IKA) of RWTH Aachen University and with the technical support of VW, Renault, Fiat, and other smaller companies, among them the one I work for, Applus IDIADA. A two-phase pan-European design contest was held to define how the car would look, and it was won by this proposal by Spanish designer Jorge Biosca, whom I know personally and was glad to congratulate when he was awarded his prize. The project finalised at this conceptual stage and sadly nothing was built, not even a scale model. Biosca is known for other designs that have appeared on AP before, such as the
