Dutch coachbuilder? Building looks Dutch. Moreover opening roof would be very unusual in Germay in the 50s. Has been frequent in the thierties, though.

Not a Dutch coachbuilder, although the picture was probably taken in the Netherlands. And I think that the bus was built in the 1930s.
