Tether Cars, Like tying a rope from a lawn mower to a stake and watching it go round, but faster. Ill see what I can find.

Honestly, that's all I wanted for the point! I thought, obviously without foundation, that this image looked a bit like a full-scale car. I was expecting answers along the lines of Austin 7 Special.

Tether cars usually had much smaller wheels, out of proportion to the rest of the car, and this one was more realistic.
