2017 Bugatti Siero Seco.
From Hemmings:
"One of a kind, custom car hand made by Sean Santarsiero. The design took much inspiration from the Deco era Bugattis, such as the Type 57 and Corsica. Car is planted on a 1937 Jaguar SS100 chassis that has a automatic transmission powered by a 2.3 Murcury Capri V-6."

Of all the terrible engines to build an expensive replica around, why choose a 2600 or 2800 Ford V6?

"Which engine should we use?"
"How about that old lump in the corner of the garage?"

"It's only a 2300 but if we call it 140 cu. in. perhaps they won't notice."

"Let's make it a left-hooker which is something they never got round to understanding in Molsheim - or in Brown's Lane Coventry, where they commissioned the chassis we will be butchering."
