Yes, Citroen GS Aschi. The year should be 1970, because the Citroen GS was only luanched in 1970. But a point for you.

I believe that it is not the date of manufacture of the engine, but the date of manufacture of some chassis parts that leads to the year of construction 1960. In any case, the vehicle has been mentioned in some event-programs (see my proof) with year of construction 1960.

Usually the chassis or donor car will state the production year. For instance: If you put a Ford Pinto-engine (1970) in a TVR Vixen (1967), the car still is a TVR Vixen from 1967. With upgraded engine

If you do a closer inspection of the front suspension, you will find resemblances to the 2CV. As also with the doors and rear bodywork. It looks like the donor was a 2CV-chassis. The engine swap to 4-cylinder-GS-engine is an easy task. Know about two 4-cylinder Meharis in Austria
