It is a Neander monoposto at the 1931 Hohensyburg race, Kurt C. Volkhart at the wheel. The engine was a 1096 cc JAP V2 engine.

Apart from one point, I can only add to the description that the rather rare water-cooled version of the JAP-V2 was used here.
