This is obviously a combined bus for scheduled services and excursions.
Who was the manufacturer? What was the type designation? From when to when was it built?

Yes, it is a PAZ 672, built in the Soviet Union from 1968 till ?? With regard to the end of production, my sources are contradictory and in some cases uncertain. Therefore 1989 passes as correct.
