This is a Hungarian Ikarus 602 medical screening bus, most probably a mobile X-Ray station. Around 20 of them were built in the second half of the fifties.

I have no photo of it on my HD, but there is a nice archive newsreel footage available on the net, showing a similar Ikarus in action. Try the search term "Икарус 602 рёнтгеновский кабинет" on Google.
