Steering wheel on the right hand side, therefore Italian I assume. Looking at the blurred logo it can either be an OM or an Alfa Romeo. My guess would be an OM?

Your assumption is unfortunately obvious, but unfortunately does not correspond to the facts. The bus does not come from Italy and is therefore neither a OM nor an Alfa Romeo.
