Germania-Werft, Kiel-Gaarden, a subsidiary of Krupp A.G., Essen, showed interest and acquired the patents.
The Motorfahrzeugfabrik Deutschland G.m.b.H., Berlin NW, Friedrichstraße 138, was founded as a study company by the engineer Peter Stolz and produced steam passenger and steam trucks according to the "Stoltz patent" in 1902 and 1903.
