The tank of the trailer was not built by Fruehauf and is not filled with Caltex fuel. But it is pulled by a White tractor unit.

My source mentions the following White COE (cab-over-engine) type designations for 1951 series 3000 models, depending on engine size:
3014, 3015, 3016, 3018, 3020, 3022, 3026. Truck tractors have „T“ suffix on model number
Trailmobile trailer (from 1951 onwards owned by Pullman Corporation)?

White 3000 COE with trailer and bodywork by "Eisenwerk Schwelm" used at Brussels Airport by Esso company.
Sorry, this isn't thought as a lecture and please don't mind about, but "COE" isn't part of the type designation of this White tractor, but  describes only the body style of the truck (cab-over-engine).
The type designations of the "White Series 3000 COE tractors" can be found at the brochure sheet I attached to my last answer, differing -because of engine and payload- on the last two digits after "30", plus suffix "T" for tractors

Yes, it's a White 3000, built by Schwelmer Eisenwerk Müller & Co. for Brussels Airport. The 3000 had an electrically tilting cab, I have no further information on the type of this tractor unit. Here is your next point.
