Very closely resembles the second of three concepts for a Picnic (online supermarket) delivery vehicle, designed by Rutger van Brouwershaven as part of his MS thesis at Industrial Design
Engineering at the Technical University in Delf.

The TU is from Delft (not Delf) . I was born there and my father worked there. ;)
