Hanover, i.e. ÜSTRA, is quite clear. For a bee, it should be a bit more precise, the photo point is quite easy to locate, it looks almost the same there today, or again today.

There is a railing like that where Schiffgraben goes under the railroad track.  Google also tells me that there is a Kentucky Fried Chicken in Hannover, which I find very amusing.

Hanover is the capital of Lower Saxony and therefore very cosmopolitan...
The picture was taken a little further north, at the southern subway next to the main station. But it's hard to recognise today, so you also get a well-deserved "sichel-bee."
