Well found yet again! Yes, it's Goff Imhof, better known as an Allard pilot. This car was described in period articles as mid-engined - I'm guessing that the engine (which was supercharged) was re-positioned under the scuttle for better weight distribution. This practice became commonplace and was eventually outlawed.
