This should be Jackie Steward in his Matra Ford MS80 during his World Championship season at the Spanish Grand Prix on the Circuito de Montjuic, Barcelona 4th of May, 1969.

Yes, it is Jackie Stewart in Barcelona 1969. He won this race!! There were two spectacular accidents on the same part of the track. The two Lotus 49s of G. Hill and J. Rindt broke the extremely high-mounted rear spoilers. Hill remained uninjured, Rindt suffered minor injuries. Everything was still in place at the start.
