Borgward RS "Fishmaul" 1500RS 1955. THis one with the 'eyebrows' above the front wheels never entered in a race. It was pictured together with a Lloyd for  Carl Borgwards' 65th birthday.

@ hermanoto, you are absolutely right. This is your next point.
@ FrontMan, new beginning, new happiness!  ;)
In 1955 Borgward took a break in racing, a new RS-engine should be developed. Therefore no road-ready racing car existed in the factory.
At the corso for Carl F.W. Borgward's 65th birthday, however, an RS 1500 should participate. So a battered '54 Carrera car was turned into a ready to drive temporary solution. The puzzle-foto shows Hans Hugo Hartmann, steering it.
Mexican merchants acquired this oddball from the bankruptcy estate. Then lost his trail in Mexico.
