Unless I am mistaken :nerves:, this was made by Wingrove & Rogers, and called the BEV, which stood for the original manufacturer's name: British Electric Vehicles.

Yes, you are right. It is a "Eidechse" from 1951, built by Bleichert Transportanlagen GmbH, Köln. This is your next point.

Bleichert existed under different names till 1991 in Leipzig. Since the 30s Felten & Guilleaume was the owner of Bleichert and  founded in 1946 the "Bleichert Transportanlagen Gmbh, Westdeutschland" in Cologne. Today, this company belongs to MAFI Transport-Systeme.
