Fedor, your are completly right, it is a DEW Elektrotaxi. Built in Berlin-Spandau from 1926 to 1928.
We already had a puzzle about this, but this puzzle-car differs in some details (e.g. wheels, radiator grill and doors).
A total of approx. 500 copies were built, there are also said to have been some vans. Vmax: 40 km/h, vehicle weight 900 kg, and a range of
100 km (according to manufacturer). The batteries did not have to be bought, but were borrowed. "It's all been done before".

Yes, the DEW was built by the Zschopauer Motorenwerke J. S. Rasmussen at the premises of the former  Slaby-Beringer company.

Yes, there was a cooperation with Rudolf Slaby in Berlin. Rasmussen became a partner in Slaby's company (SB-Automobil-Gesellschaft m.b.H.). They built small electric vehicles, 200 of them were exported to Japan in 1920.
When the company went bankrupt, Rasmussen took over the leftovers.
This then became the "Zschopauer Motorenwerke J.S. Rasmussen Fabrik Berlin". The electric taxis were built here.
