I have found this same photo (not by using "Image Search") captioned as 1950 Lambretta Factory Racing Scooter". Is that the answer you want?

Sorry, but this source has false informations. This bike is based on a factory racer, but no longer by Innocenti. The photo is younger than 1950, the racer had another name and was established by another company.

The racing NSU-Fox was not ready in time, so the NSU-factory drivers around Otto Daiker were put on the Italian 12-inch racing Lambretta in order to at least do some promotion. Daiker was even able to win the Drieburg triangle race. Innocenti's world record driver Romolo Ferri took part in the Donauring race in Ingolstadt. But he dropped out in the 23rd lap. His participation can probably be explained by the fact that NSU had set motorcycle record attempts on the Munich-Ingolstadt autobahn, to which its partner Innocenti had been invited.

How reliable is this source? This could be the original Italian name. German sources cite another designation, that sounds a bit like a nickname.
