That looks a bit special.
What purpose does this vehicle serve? Was that its only use? Who built the body on which chassis and when was that?

During WWI Salmons rebodied many passenger cars to ambulances. They stored the original bodies and after the war the chassis got back the original body and the owner got back his car.
Here an ambulance on Itala chassis, 1915
