But please take extreme care when dismounting! The clamps that hold the rim parts together ("A" in the picture below) can sit very tight. When loosened with a hammer after removing the nuts ("B"), they jump through the area with a lot of energy (that is why they are called "frogs"). Those fellows who do so, should have finished their family planning!! Therefore loosen nuts only, loosen frogs with a hammer and then remove the nuts complete.
