That's right; I believe it was the original Scirocco prototype made by Kohlmuss.
So that's 2.5 out of the 4 questions answered, as you're right that Hispano-Aleman were involved.
Just the last 1.5 questions to answer now: where is it pictured and why did Hispano Aleman show it?

Presentation at the Porsche stand at the 1970 Barcelona Motor Show, the hope was to mass produce it, but it all vanished ....
If the Autopuzzle is not complete, do not block it, I have no other news ...
