I'm going to guess about 1942. The Company was founded in 1937 - most sources online state it was dissolved in 1948, but photographs show they still had a stand at the Milan show in 1950, 51 and 52. This advert is from the 1942 catalogue for the show and shows a very similar type

Yes, they started building electric motocarri in 1937/38, but I think the early ones had a more simple cabin. The ad I took the puzzle picture from appeared in 1942 (and still in 1945). One more point for you.
