There's an Austin A40 Farina in there. Found a picture of a slightly less evolved one from New Zealand

1959 Austin A40 Farina Mk1 for Brian Ax Racing New Zealand (point belongs to "max", since he basically found the solution). The race number "59" refers to the build year and the add-on nose cone gave an additional 7 Miles Per Hour (MPH) to its top speed.
