Perhaps a 1910 Model 10 Special Roadster?

Although I have found a blurry version of this photo online stating that it came from the Indianapolis News on May 27 1909. The Driver being Charles Stutz and the passenger Harry Stutz.

It was the name racer or race car that I was expecting. I give one point to nicanary and one point to neilshouse who found the brand and model. On May 27, 1910, 2 Marions took part in the race with Ray Tinkler and Gil Andesron and finished 6th and 7th in a 4-lap race. Was it this car? The 500 miles taking place in 1911 for the first time.
