Is it an early prototype for the Renault Dauphine GT   Project 1092 by Ghia?  Later to become the production Floride and Caravelle.

Google translate result:

Fiat 600 Ghia with a cover similar to the well-known Karmann-Ghia on the new assembly hall of the factories in Turin.

The front bumper may lead to 'Dauphine', as also the air intakes in front of the rear wheels and the wheel diameter (Dauphine 15", Fiat 600 12"). But isn't the car's wheelbase a little bit short (Dauphine 2267mm, Fiat 600 2000mm)? ?
For comparison I attached a picture of the Renault Dauphine Frua from 1956
