I'll just take a guess.
The passenger cell of the car is similar to that of an Alpine A110. The A110 was also available as 2+2 seater. Is this the base of the car?

Locked for the name of the Alpine 2+2 and the builder of the car !

Okay, I'll keep trying.

The base car is an Alpine A110 GT4 (also called type A110L). Built from 1963-1969 from parts of the Renault 8, the fiberglass body was made by Chappe & Gessalin.

The vehicle shown seems to be a Group 4 racing variant.
Is this correct up to here?

I am still looking for the team that built the car for racing.

Many thanks, SACO! Solving this puzzle was great fun. I discovered many unknown things.
