This is Bob Gerard  driving a Bristol-engined Cooper T44 to 6th place in the 1957 British Grand Prix.
The more I consider the nature of speed, the more mysterious I find it.

Yes it is. Bob purchase an F2 Cooper in 1957 and fitted it with the Bristol engine from his old Cooper-Bristol F2 car bored out to 2.2-litres. It was completely outclassed by current F1 cars but knowing Bob it was beautifully turned out.
