Actually the dashboard looks very much like the Rover 10's one....so I dare to say it may be based upon a Rover Ten chassis.

Finally I found it....It's a car that was born as a saloon, that a dutch man, Herman ten Velde, converted into a Special Sport after 1974.

Yes that's it, well done. The car is actualy for sale in my home town in Holland, the conversion is really nicely done
