Fello Autopuzzlers, a puzzle from my camera. This car never went beyond a scale model, but it has a name and it was presented to the public. Please tell me the make, model and year for a point.

The makers of the Shwisho Sports prototype ran out of funds after two thirds of the car had been constructed, leading them to fit rear wings from their much smaller model. ;)  :D

Correct!
It's the DR Soul by Jorge Andrés Pinilla Fonseca and Jorge Eduardo Manzano Meléndez. It was one of a trio of mid-engined supercars designed as a publicity stunt for DR (Italian importer/rebadger of Chinese compact cars) by IED students. The others were called DR Action and DR Spirit. Scale models were built by CECOMP based on the students' designs and presented at the 2009 Geneva Motor Show, where the photo was taken.
