this is not a truck in the usual sense of the word.
This was not made by Meray.
First clue:  but it was made in Hungary.

Yes, Csettegő is the word I was looking for. It reflects to the sound of the engine (cs is one letter, sounds like the end of kitsch and munkagép means industrial machine

These bitsa vehicles were built and are being built in the South-Eastern part of Hungary (especially Soltvadkert) for decades. Usually are registered as agricultural tractors, but these are road going trucks with bits and pieces from here and there, originally used to transport wine.
