The wheels look also Fiat. Is the car all based on Fiat parts, body excluded of course?

Thank you for the point. Never had any idea about this car. Ran across it, while searching for another Polish puzzle car
Felt unsure about the car's name, as "Gilza" means "Fingerhut" (english: thimble) in German language. Thought, it also could be a nickname
