All I could find is that D.452.46 was a bus for the transport of agricultural workers with their tools.

This bus was made by the Kecskemét Mezögép factory located in Kecskemét, and it was shown at the 1974 Budapest International Fair. It was based on the Csepel D-452 "Asian" and was intended for South-Asian such as Pakistan and Sri-Lanka under the name MMF-100.
