I don't know either, but at first sight I would say it is an Alfa Romeo 6 C 2500 with an Austrian license plate. Perhaps Swiss coachbuilt?

The car is an Alfa Romeo 6 C 2500, driven by its owner, Mr. Christoforetti from St. Wolfgang, Austria, at the Internationales Motorrad- und Nationales Auto-Straßen-Rennen der ARBÖ-Kraftfahrer-Ortsgruppe Salzburg on May, 1, 1952, at the Autobahn Salzburg-Liefering.

It's not a full solution of the puzzle, but the car looks just like a slightly modified 6C 2500 Sport Cabriolet by Touring from 1939.
