The screen looks like an Astura, although not so much the rest of the body. And the twin headlights mark it out as rather later so perhaps it's an Aurelia?
Is it bodied by a Carrozzeria like Boneschi?

I guess that's not locked... it looks very Stabilimenti Farina-ish to me

But the Lancia Aprilia Gran Lusso by Stab. Farina seems smaller to me !

You're right SACO, it's not exactly the car Mekubb guessed as it has an extra side window (3) and the doors are hinged in the middle rather than at the front and back.
I've looked everywhere to find exactly what your puzzle car is (it's clearly also by Michelotti from the same era but is a different car) but have been unable to find any other picture of it.
Good puzzle, but I would say it hasn't exactly been solved yet...!

I think the puzzle picture  might be based on an older Astura .  The "Aprilia" does not have Lancia wheels, and it's got left-hand drive.  All Lancias had right-hand drive until late 1953 (with the exception of one Lambda !). Perhaps the charlatan was really a Fiat.

Yes I had already noticed the extra window, but the Farina Aprilia comes closest. But can't find any proof either...

Lancia-doors hinged on the B-post looks very strange for me

Yes, I think this puzzle is far from solved..
The front is certainly the same as quite a few Aprilias from the mid to late 1940s but the rest of the car is strange.
It might indeed be an Astura as FrontMan suggests, maybe with the first example of this nose; the car aft of the nose certainly looks much less neat and resolved than the later (?) Aprilias.
And the four headlights? Was it like that when first built or is that a later alteration? The earliest example of dual headlights I have found is the 1949 Pininfarina Alfa 6C 2500 SS in Corrado Lopresto's collection, but if the puzzle car had those from the off it may be the very first example of such headlights.
The truth must be out there but so far I have found nothing that resembles this car apart from the nose.

I totally agree with Carnut's last post...
The four headlights look like a later alteration to me. The position of the door hinges look strange for a Lancia, as does the complete rear bodywork in combination with this front, in my opinion...
