The chassis design is of the underslung variety, but this is not an American Underslung automobile.

What brand name did Anderson Electric sell this vehicle under?  I also know a longer model name, but that isn't necessary for your point.

This puzzle taught me, that Detroit Electric vehicles continued using tillers until the company ended in 1939.
