Amaretti is correct, what I have is probably the name of the designer, not the manufacturer. A point is yours, but before I declare this one solved, do you have proof that this was made by Lerini?

Quoting from one of my library books written by the well-known American authority Harold Pace -
"The Lerini Amaretta was a kit car that looked like a modernized Cord 812.
These luxurious coupes were built to special order by the Lerini Coach Corporation in North Hollywood, California during the mid-1980s."
The name of the designer is not mentioned.
I hope this is sufficient for you otherwise I can scan and send you the entry that includes a small photo of the car in two-tone colours.
