yes, this is based on the Festival (https://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/rare-car-of-the-week/puzzle-183-solved!-szabadi-festival/)
Szabadi sold that and the new owner completely wrecked it. The chassis was returned and a new minivan body was built. This is how it survived
