My location (CA) has been blacklisted by this site. However, the front lights of these buses are completely different. As for the grille, I'm not sure that it is the same.

I discovered the same image a while back, but as with you, it got me no closer to identifying the coachbuilder.

The company is located in the same vicinity as the coachbuilder and the bus appears to be identical in virtually every respect except for the headlight mountings. In my opinion, this is either the same bus with modified headlight mountings (more likely), or a nearly-identical bus by the same coachbuilder.

I have the references of 50 French bus coachbuilders in my files. The only one which is based in St Étienne is Gruau, which has been already in AP before. I don't have anything else to offer. Sorry.
