This is a Talbot 3500cc special taking part in the Loibl race in former Yugoslavia. The car was driven by Victor Becela

Indeed, a 1939 Talbot GP racer, which was campaigned in modified form in Yugoslavia between 1952-1956 by  Milorad Bajda and Leopold Bečela.
