My first impulse was to say that this is a Lifan 820, but upon closer inspection, the star logo on the wheels means that it is the Kantanka Mensah, reportedly assembled in Ghana from CKD kits imported from China.

In the detailed Ghana import data, there were 9 units mentioned between the period October, 2017 and October, 2018. Nicely spotted
