Tempo Matador - "Messe-Blitz" bui9lt by Arthur Franke, Berlin. Some of those cars were used on airfields. Later  some cars were used on the German island Norderney for public transport.

Almost correct. Arthur Franke had the idea, but the bodies were built elsewhere. Locked for you to provide me the name of the coachbuilding company.
