I am sorry, I did not check it. You are right of course, Thiersee is in Austria. The pic was posted in a German magazine, it was only said Thiersee and I did not check whether it is Germany or Austria. So it is from Austria!

Although you've already mentioned that it's VW-based, do you know if any Innocenti 950 S Spider components were used in the car's construction?
