circa 1932?....the front suspension, but not the wheels, appears to be from a Lancia Lambda.

Eoromobil by Oszkár Asbóth. Chassis was made in 1928. Body was probably made between 1928 and 1932, when the car was tested and involved in a fatal accident.

Quite right. For decades it was claimed that Oszkár Asbóth invented the helicopter. However this turned out to be false.
His experimental flying car overturned during the first test run and killed its driver.
